Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Develop detailed Baseline Schedule - Level 3.
    • Maintain the project master schedule.
    • Review the Engineer's Detailed Schedule & Updates.
    • Perform SRA for the developed detailed Baseline Schedule.
    • Update the cost summary report developed by Client. This includes, implementing and ensuring cost control processes to report on estimates, expenditures and cost commitments accurately.
    • Prepare monthly reports and assemble data to consolidate.
    • General reporting and support.
    • Drive the change management function during FEED engineering for both service cost and impact of design development to the TIC forecast to monitor for growth Manage the overall project corporate forecast on a monthly basis in conjunction with the site and the PM team.
    • Assist in the development and finalization of project controls requirements documents to support the subsequent phase bidding of EPC or Engineering and (CM) services.
    • Develop, on behalf of the owner, a progress model for all early phase work (through FEED) and provide ongoing monitoring and assessment of project progress.
