The Project Manager L2 (PM L2) has primary responsibility for managing a specific project or projects assigned by the Government, to include project requirements, scope, budget, schedule and performance. The PM L2 monitors, adjusts, and reports on the project's performance, budget and schedule. The PM L2 shall provide interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis. The PM L2 assists with proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents.



Required: Must have the ability to perform routine system maintenance and computer (software) system administrative functions. Has knowledge of, and is capable of using, operating systems and database management systems. Performs analysis of system operations. Must have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral devices. Must be available for assignment to various CONUS/OCONUS sites for extended terms. Specific systems support in the DCGS-A Family of Systems or other major C3T programs of record/CECOM C5ISR systems.

Desired: Military experience (highly desirable). Completion of a U.S. Military Service NCO or Senior NCO Academy Course and/or Warrant Officer Basic or Advanced Course. FSR experience supporting DCGS-A, C3T PORs, or other major CECOM C5ISR. FSE experience exceeds all requirements (required and desired).
