About the opportunity

In the Middle East, our urban development team are helping our clients turn creative ideas and solutions into reality. In particular, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our team of professionals on the ground are pushing the development agenda with newly created opportunities in areas such as smart cities, affordable housing, tourism and clean energy.

With increased appetite from our clients, we are looking strengthen our urban development team with an Infrastructure experienced Project Manager. Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for the oversight and successful delivery of infrastructure projects consisting of roads, bridges, utilities, drainage and foul water. Coming from a sound project management background you will deploy best practice to deliver the optimum results regarding cost, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.

Your ability to influence and manage client expectations as well as manage performance of contractors and consultants will see you achieve successful results. You will be preparing and implementing project procedures safety and quality plans and regularly reporting on project progress to Senior Management. You will also be collaborating with other project controls and commercial staff in the negotiation and resolution of contract changes, claims and other design and construction issues.


About you

To be considered for this position you will be degree qualified in a Civil Engineering or construction related degree and will have already demonstrated experience in successfully project managing sizeable, master planned infrastructure related projects (utilities, roads, highways, water) ideally in a consultancy or project management firm capacity. It is preferable if you have obtained Project Management professional qualifications such as PMP or have becomes chartered.
