About the opportunity

In the Middle East, our urban development team are helping our clients turn creative ideas and solutions into reality. In particular, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our team of professionals on the ground are pushing the development agenda with newly created opportunities in areas such as smart cities, affordable housing, tourism and clean energy.

With increased appetite from our clients, we are looking strengthen our urban development team with a Document Controls lead responsible for the tracking, management and overall control of project documentation.

About you

You will also be expected to:
• Support the document control process for change documentation using current systems available, i.e. Aconex, Prism
• Take ownership of existing Change Register and keeping it up to date with Change Request, Change Authorisation Request, Instruction and Agreed Value of Instruction information
• Monitor performance of Commercial Managers where change documents are not being progressed within agreed timescales. Provision of administrative support, where required
• QA check all information coming on to the systems and process accordingly
• Follow the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence
• Produce quantitative, status and analysis reports
• Support senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments
