About the opportunity
In the Middle East, our urban development team are helping our clients turn creative ideas and solutions into reality. In particular, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our team of professionals on the ground are pushing the development agenda with newly created opportunities in areas such as smart cities, affordable housing, tourism and clean energy.
With increased appetite from our clients, we are looking strengthen our urban development team with a Stakeholder Manager to support stakeholder activity covering both the private and public sector, to help forge working partnerships in the delivery of the projects strategic goals. You will be coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, supporting the review of outgoing submissions and helping to monitor and track NOC approvals on large infrastructure related projects.
You will take a methodical approach to your work, following up on actions to close pending issues, and assist with summary reports on progress, highlighting planned activities and actions completed.
As a successful applicant you will be Arabic speaking and will hold a recently completed degree in an engineering or construction related discipline. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work with a number of stakeholders both external and internal and understand the local landscape when it comes to project approval gates.
Your ability to understand Project Management methodology within the Consultancy world will prove invaluable in helping to drive quick decisions and improve project delivery efficiencies.
