Our dedicated Building Surveying Team proactively undertake surveys and project manage schemes in addition to providing various other services, including contract administration, employer's agent, project monitoring, specification writing, condition surveys, neighbourly matters and dilapidations.

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a mix of project management, employer's agent and professional expertise to join our team within the London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to strengthen our department and further develop the business by working closely with our existing clients and developing new business. You will be encouraged to develop your business skills and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high calibre service and support for contract procurement, monitoring and professional service lines
  • To support business objectives and our goal to maintain Customer Service Excellence
  • Being an active part of the building surveying team and working closely with senior managers, who will help you develop your client development skills and business acumen
  • Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards


Qualifications:

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
  • Strong technical delivery experience
  • MRICS membership
  • Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
  • Good professional skills, to be developed to an appropriate level as part of the role
  • Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
  • Able to build long-term relationships
  • A team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
