As a vital member of our either our Henderson, NV OR Reno, NV team, you'll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we'll depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership with planning, directing, and monitoring draiange aspects of projects. You'll grow professionally with us because we'll rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You'll be leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets and help advance our business development strategies.

Here's What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Should have passed the FE exam and plan to take the Professional Engineering (PE) exam within the first few years of hire.

Experience with design software such as GIS (ArcMap), AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, HECHMS, HEC-RAS, HY-8, FHWA Hydraulic Toolbox.

Ability to learn Civil3D, OpenRoads Designer/SUDA, or other hydrology/hydraulics programs, as needed.

At least 10 years experience designing highway and other transportation drainage systems and erosion control measures

Experience and/or interest with hydrology and hydraulics for river systems, 1D and 2D

Experience with water quality analysis and design is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and capable of working with internal colleagues, clients, contractors, and regulatory agency staff.

Team oriented with strong capability to learn, mentor, and work independently while managing time and budget.
