Our Energy & Power Solutions practice group specializes in the analysis and design of thermal and electric utility systems to improve the resilience and sustainability of our client's infrastructure.

Our San Francisco office is searching for an Energy and Power practice Program Manager to join the Energy & Power Solutions team. In this position you will have the opportunity for:
• Business development and sales
• Client relationship management
• Driving innovation and exploring new technology solutions
• Portfolio management for West Coast solutions team
• Leadership and mentoring of technical staff
• Preparing technical proposals and project delivery strategies
• Training, quality control, infrastructure design and energy analysis

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and leading Energy and Power related projects including distributed generation, district energy systems, electrical substations, microgrids and distribution improvements for higher education, institutional, industrial and utility clients.

This individual would be the company's prime contact with the client and as such be responsible for promoting continuing relations and developing new work. They are also responsible for coordinating project staffing, overseeing the delivery of professional services, as well as participating in major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions with clients.



Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Professional Registration (P.E.) is required, or ability to obtain within one year; CEM is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years experience on energy or utility projects, with 5 years in project management preferred
• Experience developing and delivering infrastructure projects, including district energy (heating and cooling), distributed generation, renewables, distribution and related infrastructure, utility studies, energy management and utility master plans preferred
• Some travel required
