We're seeking a Mechanical Senior Engineer Lead to join our team in Dallas/Fort Worth. You'll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today's challenges.
As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and worldwide.
You'll be responsible for design-build & design-bid-build project pursuits, quality reviews, team technical development and project staffing including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering).
The Mechanical Senior Engineer Lead establishes the mechanical & plumbing system requirements with our clients.
You'll take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you by demonstrating the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical team.
You'll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise mentoring junior team members to help your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.

Here's What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
- At least15 years of experience with HVAC and Plumbing design within a consulting engineering environment
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proof of US Citizenship
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Commercial and/or Federal building design background
- Government security clearance
