ENGIE are recruiting for a Mobile Facilities Manager to be based near Brighton. This is a permanent, full-time role to manage our mobile services in the South East region of England. On offer is a salary of £29,000 - £31,000 and high-quality benefits package.
General Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Facilities Manager will lead and manage a service team providing a wide range of services, controlling costs and improving service, quality, and growth of the contract and will be aligned to the HMCTS Area Facilities Manager. Management responsibilities will include but not be limited to management and delivery of a wide range of technical services, remedial works, projects, contractual cleaning and industrial cleaning services, waste management of selected services and general works including handyperson and/or janitor services.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Full managerial responsibility for a regional team of soft services employees, assisted by the FM Supervisors
  • Work with the hard and soft services teams in resolution of complaints and service failures
  • Provide a management interface with the client's management team to jointly develop the services and solutions
  • Training, development, and performance review of direct reports (including succession planning)
  • Deliver small works projects to the customer's requirement and on time
  • Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability

Qualifications, Skills or Required Experience:
  • Suitable experience of full FM management
  • Driving Licence (essential)
  • FM Professional qualification desirable.
  • MBIFM or equivalent professional membership desirable
  • NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
This role covers a large area in the South East and so a willingness to travel long distances is essential
