Job Description:

The Sales Operations Executive will provide operational level support to the various groups comprising the ANZ Sales team. The Ideal candidate will be energetic, flexible, analytical and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and interface with several internal functional teams.

The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for:

•Customer data analysis in support of the ongoing activities and needs of the selling teams and sales management.
•Provide regional business analysis and reporting to Senior Management from across the Business.
•Assist Regional Senior Management with the production of periodic sales forecasts, and tracking of these.
•Reporting on the most-relevant business analysis required to support the region's priorities, including quarterly and annual sales analysis.
•Assist with the roll-out of centrally-driven sales campaigns within our ANZ region.
•Project manage & implement the regional roll-out of central initiatives, such as sales training.
•Provide a range of administrative support to the sales teams to help in the achievement of their objectives.


•BS/BA with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales, sales operations or general business operations or analysis. GPA > 3.0.
•Understanding of standard forecasting methodology, sales planning strategy, compensation planning, basic revenue recognition requirements and the overall software sales cycle is highly desirable.
•Ideal candidates will have the ability to work independently to ensure deadlines and other sales related requirements are not only met, but identified and covered as needed.
•Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interact will all levels of management effectively.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills
•An advanced understanding of formulas, functions, and pivot tables within Excel and the ability to analyze large data sets is a necessity.
•Competency with PowerPoint and a thorough understanding of database design and functionality is required.
