Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated S9/Inspector V for employment in Phoenix and or Tucson, AZ offices.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Under minimal direction, relies on extensive experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Responsible for setting your own project deadlines
  • Providing on the job training to new employees.
  • Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties
  • Performing daily field inspections and maintains inspection records
  • Participating in punch lists, testing, and commissioning
  • Tracking quality assurance progress
  • Providing input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers

Minimum Requirements
  • HS + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Local Municipality (Counties or Cities) experience
  • Projects ADOT experience
  • Strong Knowledge of Construction Practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
