Role Summary:

As a Customer Service Manager for Digital Solutions business, you are to demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. With this role you will get a full global exposure.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for;

  • Participating in development and lead the execution of the Benlty Nevada Services growth strategy taking into consideration the financials and operational excellence
  • Being responsible for building strong long-term relationships with specific customers within the region and support all O&M operational processes
  • Collaborating with region sales leaders to ensures appropriate sales coverage and opportunities to achieve the services orders plan for region
  • Providing the operational leadership needs to achieve profitable service growth
  • Being responsible for overall business management duties for assigned Field Service Engineers
  • Leading efforts to ensure customer service excellence for assigned customers in order accomplish effective support of region customer service objectives
  • Leading service engineering to participate and leading business Six Sigma process
  • Interfacing regularly with the Services Product Line Leader to review the progress of regional growth initiatives and participate in the development of new service offerings
  • Reactivating services growth, pricing, forecasting, billing, and achieving financial targets

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Field Services with a least 3 years of experience in a management role in industry and the vibration technology
  • Willingness and ability to travel within assigned region
  • Good business acumen and commercial savvy
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Effective team contributor and member
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
