Job Summary:

This job role will be responsible overseeing the entire sales team for this company which includes executing training programs and seeking out new opportunities and clients for the company.

 

Duties:

  • Directly manage and train the sales team
  • Oversee performance results as a team and individually; develop & manage KPIs
  • Identify RFP opportunities and participate in responses to RFPs
  • Maintain relationships with procurements desks and co-ops, municipalities, corporates, and utilities
  • Collaborate with other departments i.e. engineering, marketing etc.
  • Knowledge of finance concepts i.e. NPV, IRR, LCOI, PPAs, equipment lease etc
  • Plan hiring needs based off of needs withing sales to meet company goals

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or finance is preferred
  • Proven record of execution at a large company
  • Full knowledge of power markets including PJM & MISO is a plus
  • Full knowledge of risk management and contract structure
