Chevron Malaysia Limited is accepting online applications for the position of Assistant, Card Services - Hong Kong Support located in Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiathroughOctober 15, 2020at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Card Operations

  • Responsible for the setup of StarCard customer account and card data to ensure data accuracy, etc in compliance with Data Privacy Ordinance in Hong Kong
  • Performs Easenet and search negative records of the Card applicants via external source when handling new StarCard applications
  • Follows up with on card application status, autopay application etc.
  • Follows up with Banks on handling autopay
  • Handles StarCash Account creation, printing of StarCash Card and card delivery arrangements
  • Inputs the StarCash Breakage entries monthly
  • Prepares entries in StarCash Card
  • Handles coupon reconciliation with adjustment file on tax and rebate
  • Scans and sends application forms with support documents to HK Credit for StarCard application approvals
  • Maintains good filing system

 


Credit Support and Collection

 

 

  • Handles credit monitoring and management to maintain good credit performance
  • Monitors credit limit utilization status

 


Account Management and Customer Services

Supports Card Marketing Initiatives or Programs

Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

  • Diploma / Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or Marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong administrative and organization skills
  • Strong teamwork - cross functional support to Card Marketing, Card Operation, Credit Management and Card Sales
  • Detailed and process driven - to ensure effective and reliable support to business through compliance and fluency in established processes
  • Fast and adaptable learner, given the cross function support this position entails
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be to read, write and speak Cantonese as the role will be mainly liaising with Cantonese-speaking stakeholders
