Chevron Malaysia Limited is accepting online applications for the position of Liaison Officer - Hong Kong Support located in Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiathroughOctober 15, 2020at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Support retail stations or CA Accounting Function

  • Verifies daily accounting to ensure quality and compliance with Chevron standards
  • Monitors monthly site reports i.e. Wet Stock Reconciliation Report
  • Reviews monthly rental of retail stations Lube Bays
  • Coordinates with Pricebook Administrator for solving Hotline issues with Service IT
  • Assists retail station Accountant in daily and monthly accounting

 


Coordinate AP Related Issues

 

 

  • Creates invoice processing activities in SAP
  • Review and match Merchandising team's statements and invoices or any other documentary supports before sending them out for processing
  • Monitor dry stock payment and follow up any outstanding issues

 


Support Retail Network

 

 

  • Coordinates retail functions
  • Prepares sales analysis and reports for management review
  • Maintains retail network database

 


Coordinate AR and Bank Related Issues

 

 

  • Monitors monthly Starcard reimbursement, ZipZap transaction slips, fuel chit, coupon transaction and Credit Card reimbursements

 


Records Retention

 

 

  • Ensures AR & AP records complies with legal and SOX requirements

 


Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

  • Diploma / Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or Marketing
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Strong administrative and organization skills
  • Strong teamwork - cross functional support to Card Marketing, Card Operation, Credit Management and Card Sales
  • Detailed and process driven - to ensure effective and reliable support to business through compliance and fluency in established processes
  • Fast and adaptable learner, given the cross function support this position entails
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be to read, write and speak Cantonese as the role will be mainly liaising with Cantonese-speaking stakeholders
