Role Summary

As a Material Planning & Execution Manager, you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. You'll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.

As a Material Planning & Execution Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing master-planning, processes and systems to ensure operational alignment with production, whilst optimizing cost and process improvements
  • Redefining processes and procedures regularly, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve consistency
  • Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques, and understanding the manufacturing process in order to choose the right approach
  • Leading a team to scope, plan and successfully execute strategies to create winning proposals for global customers


To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar and substantial relevant experience
  • Show extensive experience in material control, planning or supervision
  • Have demonstrable expertise gained in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytical skills
