In the role of Nexus Controls Sales Manager, you will:

•Develop sales strategy for the Nexus Controls product lines, with a focus on growingsales in the Pulp & Paper, Chemicals, Metals and/ or Mining markets

•Be responsible for vertical sales growth including strategy development, planning and execution, product / service opportunities identification, and value communication, partnering with marketing and demand generation teams

•Be responsible for the identification and growth of existing accounts through sale of full portfolio of hardware, software and services

•Lead the commercial strategy for proposals from customers and coordinate its flow to our internal operations team for proposal development

•Lead / Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to achieve account and region goals

•Lead / Initiate partnerships with other Baker Hughes commercial teams to leverage customer relationships

•Create a value / consultative / outcome selling strategy through understanding of customers process and business model including associated key drivers

•Provide feedback to the product line team on customer wants and needs, new product / service needs, product modifications and help them develop sound business cases

•Participate in the VOC and NPIs as available within the team

•Interpret and understand contractual commitments

Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university

•Minimum5 years of sales and commercial experience,in Pulp & Paper, Chemicals, Metals and/ or Mining markets, preferable selling control systems or related

Eligibility Requirements:

•Travel up to 50% of time, as required

•English fluency

•Experience with and commitment to use CRM
