Collects samples of products or raw materials for Laboratory analysis by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Obtains samples of fertilizer from conveyor belts, rail cars, ships, barges, truck and bins using methods prescribed by AFPC.
Correctly identifies and labels each sample and returns to lab.
Assists with basic tests and riffling when required.
Works as scale house attendant as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables.
