As Senior Project Manager / Project Manager you are responsible for:

  • Profit and loss on the projects which have been assigned
  • Internal and external communication including client management
  • Follow-up subcontractors and suppliers
  • Risk and opportunity management
  • External and internal reporting
  • Project quality and HSE management
  • Support to the commercial department during tender work and handover to projects

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher university degree within offshore wind / shipping / oil and gas
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within project management, preferably in the offshore wind industry or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience with contract and client management
  • Demonstrable contractual and commercial awareness
  • Experience with concept development
  • Operational hands-on
  • Outgoing, curious and a team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English
  • Leadership skills, such as ability to motivate, set direction and build relationships - both internally and externally
  • Able to work efficiently and independently
  • High integrity and high sense of responsibility
  • Flexible to travel as required for the job
