Job Title: Senior Identity Access Management Sales Executive

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Our client is a leader in security/IAM technology and wants to add to their growing sales team to sell Identity Access Management (IAM) software projects and solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will work within the Sales Team focused on selling and closing customers that fit the company's defined target profile.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sell strategically and stay focused on sales goals
  • Is able to understand the client and their IT / cybersecurity needs and goals
  • Generate and qualify sales leads
  • Successfully execute the sales plan to grow revenue to meet or exceed quarterly goals
  • Initiate and grow client relationships that generate opportunities from new and existing customers
  • Clearly articulate the value of the product(s) and solution(s) to customers--knows vendor products well


  • Strong track record in Cybersecurity and Identity Access Management concepts, software, solution and services sales
  • Assess potential business using a consultative approach to identify "pain points" within a client prospect
  • Identify new business opportunities within client accounts
  • Understands the nuances of a client's complex buying organization and can clearly articulate the value proposition and technical understanding of products
  • Good negotiation acumen, detail oriented, strong presentation skills
  • Must have experience selling IAM products such as Ping Identity, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Okta, and BeyondTrust
  • Technical mindset
