Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends of COQ issues and launch cross functional projects (lean, six sigma, etc... ) to reduce CoQ
  • Track quality issues and understand the monetary impact
  • Create and lead COQ operating rhythm for the BU
  • Partner with Finance for the monthly submission and review
  • Participate in the identification, re-design and implementation of tentative solutions to improve or fix the processes according the identified/potential CoQ gaps.
  • Provide regular overview on the CoQ Status to the leadership- communicate progress, status and identifies risks and opportunities as required
  • Work closely with BU finance and main stakeholders participating in the projects reviews, to align and prioritize the in accordance according the business needs
  • Understand and take ownership from the different COQ buckets to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Druck sites and main stakeholders to develop financial, quality and other "big Y" improvement goals
  • Partner with the sites and functions to identify pain points and design improvement plans to meet the performance objectives
  • Track progress and value of improvement programs, maintain improvement deck and macro level improvement metrics, provide visibility to project status and report out progress regularly to senior leadership
  • Provide training and coaching on improvement methodologies - assure compliance to principles of chosen methodology for CI/COQ scopes
  • Partner with individuals and teams to determine best methodology for project success
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitate team improvement activities
  • Support overall Reactive CI strategy - NC screening, track and trend or other techniques for prioritizing response to Quality issues, Lessons Learned or Best Practices
  • Identify projects related to systemic issues to drive improvements
  • Drive defined actions to closure by monitoring progress and providing support
  • Create a Duck pipeline across the different sites and functions by training and mentoring resources on the CI skills (RCA, NCA, Shaining, CAP)
  • Lead high impact Continuous Improvement projects


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in STEM Major's, Quality management, engineering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of combined experience in operations, Quality and teams' leadership gained in an international environment and/or multinational company
  • Ability to coach and mentor executive leaders and help them drive cultural changes within their organizations
  • Proven skills in interfacing effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as outside Baker Hughes
  • She/He is always ready and willing to provide and receive feedback to inspire others, improve self and make our improvement programs more effective
  • She/he is a critical thinker, and always seeks for relevant information and intelligence, analyzes and interprets them to produce innovative solutions to problems
  • Curious and Self-learner approach
  • Solid analytical approach, great interpersonal skills, strong commitment on issue resolutions
  • Project management and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational, analytic, and problem solving skills

  • In depth knowledge of fulfillment business processes
  • Prior industry experience and familiarity with Druck or similar industry, products and services
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skill
