Role Summary:

An opening for Bently Nevada Sales Manager is responsible for identifying key industrial accounts in Indonesia and develop sales plan to grow industrial market share.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Industrial sales manager for Indonesia.
  • Identify key industrial accounts in Indonesia.
  • Develop detailed site level solutions by performing market visit and understanding customer's pain points to create the right value proposition.
  • Solutions will involve understanding customer's key rotating assets and introduce the right condition monitoring solutions for them.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Obtained Engineering degree from an accredited university or technical school - Preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Sales.
  • Proven Sales Record in Industries (i.e. Pulp & Paper, Automotive, Palm Oil, Steel)
  • Good command in English and local Indonesian


Desired Characteristics
  • Knowledge in rotating assets and condition monitoring solutions.
  • Have good relationship with key industrial customers.
  • Prior experience of Account Sales and history of achieving sales target.
  • Self-motivated and able to act independently to grow the market.
