Responsibilities:

 

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Workday Recruiting module and take the lead for driving configuration changes for the recruiting module along with other team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology team on identifying system inefficiencies and defects. Successfully engage and support key stakeholders through all phases of the projects and independent units of work.
  • Recommend the best solution based on the requirements, budget, and time frame; with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified.
  • Work with multiple work streams, integration teams, and business organizations to ensure cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  • Facilitate effective brainstorming and design sessions; anticipate how potential ideas may play out in the organization and what behaviors it will drive.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and provide suggestions around use cases accordingly.
  • Follow company defined change control processes to implement the changes and solutions.

 


Skills & Requirements:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or Human Resources
  • Workday Recruiting Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of Workday Recruiting implementation or support experience

 


Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience as a Workday Recruiting Consultant
  • Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition functional processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Job application and candidate life -cycle, hire and onboarding processes, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
  • In depth knowledge of Business process configuration is a must.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting based integrations like Docusign. Hireright, Hirevue and Phenompeople.
  • BIRT configuration know-how is a plus.
  • Configuration experience in Core HCM and Compensation modules is a plus.
  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
  • Strong customer service focus and responsiveness
  • Strong analytical skills, interpretive and evaluative skills
  • Flexible with creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams
  • Ability to work well with local and global teams
