This is an individual contributor role, part of the global sales team reporting to the VP. Initially, the role will not have supervisory responsibilities, but will build a team as revenue grows.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS and/or DaaS solutions to the Bulk Cargo/Logistics industries.

Functions

  • Execute strategies to take all product lines to market
  • Create and grow sales pipelines
  • Lead sales and create revenue from sales
  • Liaison between customer and product development, provide feedback about customer's needs to development

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role will build a small sales team initially.

Job Summary:

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for revenue and direct sales through the market.

Duties:

  • Determine and execute all market strategies for all products
  • Respond to feedback from customers
  • Oversee customer sales pipelines and targeting
  • Grow and maintain customer base

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Significant experience selling and marketing software focused on cargo/supply chain/logistics management (THIS IS A MUST!)
  • Experience selling SaaS or DaaS highly preferred
  • Strong track record of success, history of large sales transactions
