Essential Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the Cincinnati Customer Solution Center operationalization and implementation of Inspection Services. Our aim is to ensure flawless and timely execution while maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the process. Your key responsibility includes:

  • Manage site Inspection Services equipment, personnel and manage the day to day operations at the facility
  • Daily oversight of technicians and variable workers at the site
  • Develop and manage training curriculum for employees to become and maintain certification in CT
  • Input, track and comply with SAP processes for order to remittance inspection services, ensuring that cost and revenue is properly tracking in the ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and applicable industry standard involved in CT Inspection Services
  • Provide the operational leadership needed to drive profitable service growth
  • Report and own the financial metrics, assigned KPIs, and issues for your facility
  • Manage and forecast logistics needed to keep Inspection Services continuously running and minimize down time associated with down equipment
  • Manage the receipt and shipping of products to and from for your site
  • Ensure on time delivery is adhered to and utilization is properly tracked to maximize throughput of customer services.
  • Collaborate with sales & applications team and drive the development and implementation of a standard customer and employee experience at the site
  • Build strong customer relationships, respond to feedback promptly and ensure services are provided to meet customer expectations


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or business
  • 10 years' experience in NDT
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong capability with ERP system SAP
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Independent and responsible work is expected, with high capacity for teamwork and strong customer orientation
  • High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy
  • Well organized and ability to work with minimal supervision and oversight

  • Work overtime, as required
  • Travel up to 20% of the time, as required
