Job Description

Define entitlement & identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability for TPS business in China
Establish and maintain customer relations at appropriate decision-maker levels
Monitor, analyze, and understand market activities to continuously update the business on all region dynamics
Develop effective market and transactional strategies in line with the business objectives
Implement approved transactional strategies and drive to closure through all internal and external process steps
Negotiate contracts and lead negotiating teams on all aspects of assigned projects
Favorably position BH TPS business with customers in the market
Consultative selling
Demonstrate and maintain a strong commitment to BH selling and boundary less sales
Lead the development of sales opportunities and coordinate with the business lines sales support groups
Submit winning proposals, lead negotiations, and maintain effective business relationships and develop / maintain necessary processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness of the sales focus
Develop sales growth plans for a region with a particular focus on the strategic view of the business
Build strong relationship at government level and works to identify in advance the future customer needs
Improve the cross-functional cooperation in the country
Lead sales team, coach and develop sales talents


Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

10 years or more working experience in oil and gas industry

Minimum of 10 years of rotating machinery experience in Sales organization

Minimum of 5 years of experience of leading sales team

Desired Characteristics

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing is preferred

Proven track record of account management and sales success is preferred

Understand the various financial instruments used by customers to conduct business

Strong negotiation and sales leadership skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Ability to work with a matrix organization in which you will take direction and lead others within various functions

Able to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the CEO staff level

Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions

Prior experience selling contracts / products with technical content of substantial value is preferred

Ability to accept constructive criticism and deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations including continuing to persevere and remaining calm in challenging or frustrating circumstances
