Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Onshore Service P&L, leading field service team and planning teams to deliver customer pipe deployments, certification, training and equipment rentals.
  • Complete integration and transition of Polyflow Onshore business, post-acquisition by BH, in Midland
  • Develop the organization, identifying talents and having in consideration the support of all Onshore operations for medium and long term
  • Evaluate the contractual and risk aspects of the operation/services in order to protect the company's technical and financial exposure; ensure the operation/services reports and schedules are produced in accordance with company procedures and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate and approve the strategic plan required for the execution of the various operation/services phases and ensure the availability of resources together with other departmental managers of the Facility in order to achieve the goals within the required timeframe;
  • Manage national, international and intercompany supply chain / resources activities by analyzing markets and delivery conditions to determine current and future availability and prepare market analysis reports
  • Ensure operation/service goals met and drive excellent customer service
  • Identify business opportunities in the finalization phase of contracts, such as variation orders or other new contracts; develop procedures and methods, define formats used for team work, and communicate new procedures and requirements to the involved areas
  • Ensure the continued development and growth of assigned personnel through strong leadership
  • Ensure 80% utilization of field service resources
  • Ensure implementation of robust inventory management system for assuring 80% utilization of assets and 90% of availability of assets all the time
  • Responsible for the management of people resources through good practice, employee appraisal systems, implementation of compensation and benefit programs, communication systems, and performance management techniques
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, documents and tools, to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification
  • Work in compliance with Company Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures, ensuring that they are practiced by employees, suppliers and third parties, reporting any non-conformance, accident, incident or potential hazardous situations and stopping any unsafe or unsafe situations. harmful to the environment, health and safety, based on attitude, training, leadership and commitment.

Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in services, shop operations, and client interface, for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components
  • At least additionally 5 years of leadership experience and proven ability to lead and inspire a team, maintain high morale, employee involvement & teamwork
  • Strong Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desired Characteristics
  • MBA or Master degree in Project Management
  • Onshore flexible pipe installation experience
  • Exceptional communication (verbal, written) & collaboration skills with proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Capability to understand and analyze complex situations utilizing data analysis and systems thinking
  • Demonstration of rigor and strong execution in an operational environment
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed team environment with effectively performance under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work done right first time
