Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd is accepting online applications for the position of Facilities Representative located in Bangkok,Thailand through August 17, 2020at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

During offshore rotation:
•Knowledgeable of contract
•Ensure that all offshore installation, HUC activities undertaken on Contractor's offshore vessels are conducted safely, efficiently and reliably according to Company specifications and requirements
•Supervise contractor teams for all facets of the installation and pre-commissioning activities to ensure that safety, schedule, commercial, and technical requirements are met
•Monitor planning/ progress, troubleshoot, provide daily report and propose mitigation actions
•Led and effectively communicated the Chevron OE and Chevron Way to OIC. Demonstrated behaviors consistent with its vision and values.
•Ensure that contractual HES requirements are met or beyond company's OE HES expectations
•Be the focal point of contact offshore on a day-to-day basis and during any emergency response when necessary with all key stakeholders i.e. Field OIM/ P' dent, Medic/ Doctor, HES specialist, and other contractor representatives etc.
•Be the Incident investigation team lead for TRIR case and NM potential level 3a (DAFW case) incident according to II&R process i.e. notifying and reporting in timeframe and following up action's items systematically. Incident notification, investigation and management in timely and proactively with 100% compliance timeframe
During onshore assignment:
•Perform task of installation engineer to review and comment for all installation/decommissioning procedures for Topside Re-used, FSO/FPSO, PF and PL installation, DSV tie-in and ISV completion
•Participate and provide input in installation/ decommissioning HAZID/ LL/ Technical Review sessions
•Provide pre-engineering, planning and evaluation works of annual programs including the creation of new opportunities
•Provide Technical input to develop RFP package including technical comparison and bidding evaluation for Project Team including vessel selections and limitation of each OIC.
•Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various programs i.e. DX transformation, PI program, Data Recording and transferring (MPG SOR) etc.

Job Requirements:

Technical
•Have the engineering/science educational background;
•Minimum 10 years related experience in general offshore installation activities;
•Working knowledge of both anchored and DP vessels and DP DSV operations including pipeline tie-ins, subsea construction and intervention and experience of Sub-sea pipelay, WHP installation, CALM buoys/FSO, HUC etc.

Communication
•Fluent in spoken and written English;
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with others;
•Be able to communicate Company requirements and expectations to contractors clearly and effectively

Business Focus
•Ability to make sound decisions based on economics and business considerations
•Seek for continuously improvement in working process, independently challenges existing states and/or processes and understand trade-off clearly
•Understands Thailand business objective and current Oil & Gas industry environment and respond to the business situation appropriately including the communication with all teams and contractors
•Has knowledge of business needs for several fields/assets/projects and the industry

Leadership
•Exhibit WE LEAD Supervisor to lead or influence change through others
