Take ownership for delivering innovation

As Electrical/Mechatronics Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide guidance and support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You'll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As an Electrical/Mechatronics Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing technical guidance for manufacturing processes to support development, quality and improvements
  • Designing, constructing and documenting mechatronic processes and fixtures to enable quality product builds
  • Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, innovate and implement manufacturing technology best practices
  • Developing a yearly operational plan to define capital expenditures to support activities and projects
  • Sharing practical technical knowledge with your team to guide, advise and enable solutions to problems


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in an Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering field
  • Have strong mechanical CAD skills with a practical mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Show a basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical elements and a desire to learn and develop these
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate strong leadership ability
  • Display an ability to analyze problems from data and identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to work in a global-matrix environment
  • Be able to provide, practical, hands-on technical guidance and support to your team
  • Show the ability to interact with people and processes in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
