Location: Huntingdon, PA
Schedule: Mon-Fri: 7a-12p
Responsibilities and Duties:
Retrieve phone messages & return calls
Answer phones & take phone messages for others in office
Answer questions about permit process and what jobs need a permit
Use of TMS (enter projects, payments and issue permits)
Make and file folders and file plans in proper place
Receive and process payments
Send payments to lock box when invoice is received
Send & receive correspondence via USPS, FedEx and email
Proficient in use of Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel; able to learn TMS and other work-related programs
Knowledgeable in use of copier and fax machine
Make phone calls to permit applicants, and others, as required
Learn filing system and keep it orderly
Invoice customers for payment
Provide prompt and friendly customer service (via phone and in person)
Maintain cleanliness in office area
Order office supplies
High school graduate, plus some office experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Excellent communication skills with high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal, with an exhibited
high level of professionalism.
Some college education, a plus
Experience in the construction industry or related field
Knowledge of general office equipment- copier/fax/scanner, phone
Excellent customer service skills
Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to understand and follow instructions
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
High energy level and able to work in a fast paced environment
