Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a 2nd Class Pipefitter with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry in Butte, MT.
Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship from Wood required
Typically 3 years and above documented field experience in chosen craft discipline with ability to read and interpret instructions and document, plan and perform work activities independently.
Lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintains piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water fixtures and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling and industrial production and processing systems.
Skills / Qualifications
- May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Forty eight (48) accumulated months of verified experience specifically in the field of pipe fitting.
- Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
