Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead a small team of Citizen Developers to create solutions to solve business problems
  • Hands-on development of low code applications as needed
  • Develop and nurture a community of Citizen Developers
  • Collaborate with CSRC and CTO to establish security and governance practices for COE
  • Create standards, templates, and processes for Citizen Development COE
  • Create training program for Citizen Developers
  • Drive relentless focus on user experience and adoption
  • Track business value of Citizen Developed solutions
  • Create a consistent communication rhythm to the Digital Technology leadership team sharing progress and business value delivered from Citizen Development COE
  • Evangelize Citizen Development program across the enterprise
  • Guide and mentor team to align individual G&Os to organizational objectives, resolve issues & deliver team commitments
  • Demonstrate and lead employees to exhibit Baker Hughes core values of Grow, Collaborate, Care, and Lead

 


Qualifications/Requirements:

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Finance, Business or High School Diploma\\GED with 10-years of equivalent job experience.
  • Minimum 3-years' overall experience in Information Technology or business developing and deploying digital solutions
  • Legal authorization to work in designated countries is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas (or equivalent), now or in the future, for this job.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 10%

 


Desired Characteristics:

 

 

  • Six Sigma experience
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) experience or equivalent low code technology experience
  • Demonstrated ability to establish operational performance metrics and drive continuous efficiencies and improvements for systems, processes, and resources
  • Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program management
  • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions
  • Experience working across multiple functions and with global resources
