Main Tasks

  1. Supports the HSE Manager for the preparation of the HSE plan and procedures
  2. Ensures that all HSE procedures required for each activities and work phases are available and are applied
  3. Actively contributes to Safety Walkdowns. In case of incidents contributes to investigations
  4. Participates to Pre Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR)
  5. Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization
  6. Supervise technical training for staff
  7. Create testing and evaluation processes
  8. Prepare and implement training budget
  9. Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly
  10. Conduct performance evaluations
  11. Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
  12. Manage staff of classroom facilitators
  13. Provide performance feedback
  14. Build solid cross-functional relationships
  15. Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management
  16. Assist with the development of strategic plans
  17. Liaising between vendors to ensure training deliverables are met
  18. Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractor and client project team form all departments across the site in order to meet training requirements
  19. Ensuring that training delivered is to a professional standard
  20. Maintains all records of training delivered for onward advice to management.
