- Stationed at receptionist counter and supporting HR Department
- Assist in all training administration & coordination, including sourcing for training courses, quotations etc
- Superuser for the Learning Management System
- To assist in all HR administration duties, not limited to interview co-ordination, Time Management System Admin/ Maintenance EPE System Admin / Maintenance
- Process and administer claims and work permit applications
- Min. Education level: Diploma in HR / Business Management or related discipline
- Skills and Experience:
- Min 5 year in HR/ Training administration duties.
- Needs to be someone very experienced, who can work independently and have good knowledge of crewing and training.
- Good in MS Office
- Meticulous with good Coordination & Planning Skills
