Authorized to work in: Malaysia


  • Stationed at receptionist counter and supporting HR Department
  • Assist in all training administration & coordination, including sourcing for training courses, quotations etc
  • Superuser for the Learning Management System
  • To assist in all HR administration duties, not limited to interview co-ordination, Time Management System Admin/ Maintenance EPE System Admin / Maintenance
  • Process and administer claims and work permit applications

Requirements:

  • Min. Education level: Diploma in HR / Business Management or related discipline
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Min 5 year in HR/ Training administration duties.
  • Needs to be someone very experienced, who can work independently and have good knowledge of crewing and training.
  • Good in MS Office
  • Meticulous with good Coordination & Planning Skills
