Job Summary
This position provides HR support for the Kronos time tracking system. It is a critical role required to ensuring a high level of customer service, performance, responsiveness, and data integrity to our HR and other business users globally.
Job Description

Support Kronos projects including troubleshooting, identifies and analyzes data and processes and customer support.
Configures system requirements based on HR defined needs.
Participates in Time Tracking user acceptance testing to ensure successful end results.
Participate in testing of updates, patches, fixes, and functional enhancements to Kronos.
Serves as a point of contact for Offshore HR in the area of data and system processes.
Creates reports and data views to deliver HR analytics and ensures data accuracy and data integrity.
Performs routine tasks for project or department and works on project-based assignments and tasks.
Creates and delivers Time Tracking process training to End Users.
Execute process and system testing plans; create user testing scripts, coordinate test cycles and users, document procedures and testing outcomes, etc. as required.
Experience:
2-3 years Kronos WFC/WFD Timekeeping
Skills:
2-3 years Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD); Microsoft Office Suite
