Project Execution:
Support the Interface Manager providing engineering coordination and ensuring proper communications among various disciplines on specific engineering, fabrication and installation systems in order to find optimized, integrated, competitive solutions and shared approach to contractual requirements.

Ensure carrying out of all interface activities as detailed into the Project interface matrix / plan timely and in line with Project Schedule, including follow up and close out.

Ensure coordination I supervision of multidisciplinary engineering,fabrication and installation

activities, carried out by external Saipem Engineering Operating Centres and any others stakeholders according to the Project interface matrix / plan

Facilitate technical decisions in case of different positions or conflicts between disciplines. Ensure review / application of contractual documents within own area of responsibility.

Participate to management of changes procedure including early identification of the overall Project impacts on EPCI based.

Participate in contract management giving technical support on variation requests / change orders

Participate into Project Risk management and engineering reviews Participate into constructability and installation reviews.

Participate in defining I finalizing the plan I schedule of multidisciplinary engineering systems

Ensure preparation of Project interface documents giving correct priorities and sequences, as per defined Project EPCI schedule

Contribute to project reporting I handover activities.


Knowledge of the engineering work flow for each step of the project (e.g. Feasibility, Basic, FEED, or EPCI).

Capability of coordinating the multidisciplinary engineering design

Familiarity with content and schedule needs of the typical SURF Project development.

Capability of identifying multidisciplinary interfaces and impacts in the definition of engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities.

Knowledge of Exxon Mobil interface management system (ACONEX).
