Essential Requirements:
•\tEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, CPA or related fields is required (MBA preferred)
•\tExperience: 10+ years' experience in a finance/accounting positions with previous roles at a managerial level
•\tSolid understanding of financial matters and accounting principles
•\tWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
•\tSkills: excellent leadership, organizational and people management skills
•\tExperience working with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
•\tLanguages: 100% Bilingual English and Spanish

Key Job Responsibilities:
•\tManages, directs and supervises the overall accounting and tax activities of the business unit.
•\tDetermines solutions to ensure compliance with company's Accounting Policies, US GAAP, Mexican GAAP, and other Government requirements.
•\tProvides decision support and analysis to Business Units Heads in the country.
•\tActs as contact point for external auditors. Manages interaction with Corporate Auditors and resolves audit and Compliance findings.
•\tParticipates in the evaluation of new business opportunities. Follows Corporate strategies & investment objectives.
•\tManages the department with respect to the utilization of manpower including backfill and cross training, scheduling work flow, implementation of improved methods and procedures.
