My Client is a major engineering company in the North East is looking for a Lead E&I Engineer on a staff basis.

The main/key functions of the Lead E&I Engineer are:
- Delivery of the project outputs to time cost and quality goals
- Provision of leadership to the engineering E&I discipline team on a project

o HNC (Electrical/Instruments)
o BOSIET Offshore Survival Certificate

Desirable Criteria
o Instruments/Electrical Degree
o BOSIET Offshore Survival Certificate

Essential Criteria
o Significant experience in Oil & Gas brownfield Feasibility, Concept, FEED, EPC Design Projects
o Previous experience of leading E&I engineering teams
o Advanced knowledge of industry codes of practice and standards
o Experience of establishing scopes of work and generating piping CTR's
o Excellent communication skills
o Experience of man-hour control and change identification/management
o Excellent internal/external interfacing skills
o Experience of providing input to reviews, including HAZID, HAZOP and constructability reviews
o Knowledge of hazardous area installations including ATEX directives.
o Good commercial awareness
