As the CCR Operator, you will report directly to the Production & WHM Superintendent. Your role will be very visible in the country and you will be able to develop a central role in the implementation of the new organization in mature and highly complex assets. Moreover, you will get to use your knowledge and experience when facilitating start-up shutdown, optimization and monitoring.
Overall, you have the responsibility of supporting the business with the implementation of the new organization. You will be responsible for the development of your won competences and those of your team.
Your area of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
" Replacement of SAP and PDMS
" Conduct the facilities inside the defined design envelopes and production plans
" Trigger the first response to emergency situations
" Ensure high quality of handover and logbook management
" Keep an overview and log all activities being executed on the installation (POB, Pax, site location, type of work, hour, PtW)
" Apply inhibitions as required
" Contribute to safety performance of the site
" Communicate potential impacts to daily forecasted production to DOCC
" Communicate effectively with the staff on the field

" 3-5 years field experience within Oil & Gas
" A successful OPERCAP assessment or equivalent
" Ability to communicate effectively
" A clear focus on HSE.
" Fluency in written and oral English
