The successful candidate will have a proven record of excellence in administrative roles, preferably within the services sector. The Administrative Assistant will with other employees based both locally and remotely therefore should display strong interpersonal skills highlighting communications excellence and a 'self-starter' attitude.
•General administrative support and provide additional support for the business line as needed
•Data entry and maintenance of company databases, directories and records.
•Coordinator client inspection certificates, point of contact for state jurisdictional safety divisions
•Process inspection packages and expense reports
•Assist with calls from clients and inspectors
•AP processing of vendor invoices and check request
•Prepare, edit reports, spreadsheets and excel and word documents as required
•Scan, email and file electronic reports
•Other duties as required to assist in supporting the operations of the business unit.
•Excellent communication skills with high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
•Advanced / Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) skills a must
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to work independently
•Highly professional demeanor
•Strong time management skills
•Experience in data base management and reporting required
