Role Summary:

Baker Hughes has a new opportunity for Senior Sales Manager to join the team in Al Basrah, Iraq. In this role, you will integrate and support the activities of all Baker Hughes exiting offerings in Iraq. You will need as well to provide the needed drivers to introduce new business and activities in Iraq. Establishing close relations with the various Oil & Gas decision makers focusing on the Ministry of Oil and its affiliates in Baghdad and in other Governates. You will need to be acquainted with the Country's strategies and priorities and share them with the country's leaders for a proper alignment. Ultimately contributing to the overall growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop influential relationships with customers at all levels, providing customer centric solutions and resolving technical and commercial issues with the support of the country Product Company Leaders
  • Partner with Baker Hughes country Leaders to be aligned with the challenges and provide the needed support
  • Provide frequent insights to the Sales and Leadership organizations on changes in the client's structure/priorities
  • Responsible to support the sales team to meet orders commitments in their respective Product Companies
  • Be prepared to make technical presentations and discussions to all levels of customer organization / conferences
  • Contribute positively to regional sales, orders, profitability, and collection goal

  • Degree from accredited University
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Account Management and Operations in any product lines

  • Proven sales leadership experience
  • Excellent communications, presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong Oil and Gas industry experience
