Title: NWHP01 EPCIC2 Topsides & Bridges Hook-Up Leader
SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION Manager N+1: Topsides Package Lead Functional hierarchy: Topsides Package Lead ACCOUNTABILITIES The job holder manages, under the responsibility of Topsides Package Lead, all offshore construction activities related to the NWHP01 Topsides and Bridges EPCIC2 Contract and shall demonstrate a strong behavior with regard to Construction requirements. The Topsides Hook-Up Leader represents, on the one hand, PROJECT inside CLIENT organization for subjects related to Offshore Campaign and, on the other hand, the COMPANY in direct relation with the CONTRACTOR to protect Company's interest, to manage, control and drive efficiently his Supervision team (superintendents and supervisors) assigned on SITE. As such, the job holder is accountable for the following activities during Topsides & Bridges EPCIC2 project execution: ? Establish a clear policy for delegation and responsibilities to his team in term of scope of work, schedule and deliverable requirements; ? Provides HSE advises or technical support to his construction team as necessary, ? Motivates all members of the team to perform the job at highest quality level respecting Safety, planning and cost objectives; ? Analyzes / resolves issues and problems encountered by his Construction supervision team and make necessary arbitration between different disciplines (the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project); ? informs and ensures that relevant decisions/directions taken at Management level, has correctly understood by the team and enforced on SITE, ? Control that supervision team is well performing and that sufficient resources are in place to secure properly the activity; ? Ensures coordination with CLIENT stakeholders on daily basis, participates to daily coordination meeting, ? Interfaces with MP other CONTRACTOR's to coordinate and prepare the WORK at SITE, ? Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards, ? Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports, ? Ensures coordination with onshore yard for rework activities (if any), ? Controls Material and Equipment deliveries from onshore to offshore,

JOB DIMENSIONS PROJECT development will involve several new projects that would be executed in parallel over the period of 5 years with CAPEX investment of around 3.5 Billion USD. The PROJECT consists of: ? Batch1 EPCIC2: Three production topsides and bridges for WHP (FC, DC, EG) to process and send production to existing facilities. Topside weight is approx. 2500 MT, Bridge 100m/800MT.
Gallaf Project Batch1 EPCIC2 is mainly a Greenfield Project with installation of 3 new WHP but there will be a major Brownfield challenge for integration of these new WHP into existing facilities in term of interfaces with other ClIENT entities and SIMOPS works.
The Batch 1 Topsides EPCIC2 Hook-Up Leader is in charge of the Batch 1 Hook Up and Integration works between March 2019 and Q3 2020. The Batch 1 Topsides EPCIC2 Hook-Up Leader is responsible for construction activities during offshore campaign performed by Contractor.

ACTIVITIES ? To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other CLIENT HSE procedures in all activities, ? To carry out work in compliance with CLIENT values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed CLIENT priorities and objectives, CLIENT standards and procedures and good industry practices, ? Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and tools ? Review and approve all Method Statements from CTR within his field of competence, ? Coordinates reviews and ensures validation from other Stakeholders,
Follow and assist Contractor Hook Up preparation: ? Propose design optimisation in order to minimise the offshore works. ? Attend Hook-Up optimisation workshops with CTR and monitor the actions progress ? Work Packs and Job cards validation, ? Material list preparation validation, ? Offshore working procedures preparation and review (lifting procedures, SIMOPS, PTW etc.) ? Ensures all construction/fabrications documents are verified and compliant to technical requirements; ? Planning follow up, making sure that the tasks are planned consistently and in line with the manpower available during the offshore campaign, ? Ensures that for all disciplines, Contractor have adequate resources (equipment and manpower) mobilized in due time to perform the job; ? Ensures the timely completion of the works and monitor closely Contractor performance, work schedule and progress; ? Participate to COMPANY daily Progress Meeting, ? Validate or correct the weekly/monthly site progress; ? Maintains good relationships with Contractor, but being strict to achieve the project objectives. ? Responsible for monitoring construction progress and report to Topsides Package Leader ? Responsible for monitoring contractor's labour resources in accordance with approved mobilization plan and report to Topsides Package Leader. ? Review contractors construction schedules to ensure they include all required activities as realistic timelines, logical sequencing, adequate resources ? Prepare and participate to the close-out report.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The Hook-Up Leader will be based in Doha offices, he will maintain the communication with offshore Superintendents based on the 3 locations and CLIENT stakeholders. Daily meetings shall be organized with the superintendents of the three platforms 7/7days. The Hook-Up Leader will liaise with Package Leader based in Vietnam and keep him informed of the progress in daily communication.
