Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated EHS mindset and compliance.
  • Take a responsibility of pressure product/part evaluation, calibration, repairs, and basic troubleshooting for post-sales activities.
  • Achieve business targets in key KPIs
  • Work closely with channel partners, end-customers, and internal team members to satisfy customer requirements and expectations
  • Interact with Factory for technical questions and clarifications
  • Assure the job is executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer's schedule.
  • Timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
  • Identify problems and work with team members to eliminate those problems for success by making decisions based on technical data
  • Be proactive and team players.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate in English


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to work under stressful working conditions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of service experience (post-sales activities or technical support role) in B2B work environment
  • Proven team player and leadership mind-set in a matrix organization
  • English skills in both written communication and verbal communication.
  • Problem solving skills and a high degree of creativity/resourcefulness.
