Our client, based in KL, Malaysia is looking to hire a Head Digital Adoption. Following prerequisites apply:

• 12 years' work experience in technology consulting or change management background.
• 5 years of communications-related work, e.g. externally published writing, internal/external communications or managing change programmes.
• 5 years of leading multiple teams simultaneously.
• Degree in disciplines related to Communication and / or Technology.
• Excellent command of English and good command of Malay required.
• Able to work in a fast paced, agile environment with dynamic requirements.
• Able to cope with a rigorous schedule that may extend beyond working hours.
• Manage key stakeholders, including senior leadership and flex communication style according to type of audience.
• Able to revise and respond to review / critique quickly to meet daily turnaround requirements for content or communications developed.
• Able to work with teams from multiple disciplines across various levels of the organisation.
