Our client based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is looking to hire a Head (Employee Digital Experience). The following prerequisites are required:

  • Degree in Design or relevant professional work experience
  • Master's Degree would be an advantage
  • Relevant professional certification in the ICT field
  • 15 - 20 years relevant digital design experience (agency / in house) with at least 3 years people manager / design mentor.
  • 4+ years of working on Agile delivery methodology projects.
  • Extensive experience with user interface design patterns and standard user-centered design methodologies across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interactive design and research to digital platform development for both web and mobile.
