Our client, an international drilling contractor, require aCompensation and Benefits Specialist to join them in their Doha offices.

Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
Implement the organization's salary structure and other benefits, based on the approved Salary Scale and H.R. Policies & Procedures, to ensure a balance between control of costs, and attracting and retaining qualified staffs.
Research salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector.
Obtain compensation market trends.
Conduct and participate in compensation surveys in order to review and adjust survey matches.
Recommend changes to Compensation & Benefits schemes, if required.
Support and assist the Qatarization Program, in order to develop/ improve the employment of Qatari Nationals.
Support and assist the concerned stake holders in issues/ matters related to Qatari staff.
Support and guide Qatari staffs under development, in order to achieve the targeted career enhancement for them.
Administer and research applicability of policies, procedures and practices. Analyse changes in the market and Legislative developments to recommend improvements/changes on company's H.R. Policies and Procedures.
Develop Forms and set guidelines / procedures for personnel use.
Provide interpretation of H.R. Policies and Procedures to ensure consistent application.
Advice all employees on the changes made to H.R. Policies & Procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from a recognised University.
Specialized Training in Compensation & Benefits.

Minimum Experience:
6 years direct and relevant experience in Human Resources with minimum 4 years in Compensation and Benefits at an expertise level, preferably within an oil/gas industry.
