Our client, one of the largest LNG producers in the world is looking to recruit a Lead of IT Enterprise Architecture to come work in Qatar.
Coordinate and align IT strategy towards business strategies and enterprise transformation activities whilst ensuring compliance to IT strategies, policies, standards, practices, financial and procurement. Oversee and measure the fulfilment of contractual and financial obligations to ensure achievement of IT key performance indicators (KPIs).
" Role is primarily responsible for supporting a number of Procurement and Contract activities across the department which is a critical area currently affecting many of the business units' IT systems.
" Supporting the IT Strategy, Business Plan, Benchmarking, Finance and Procurement activities.
" Information Technology department has a complex set of activities and maintains and executes over 220 service contracts.
" Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or other relevant discipline
" 6 years of IT experience within Oil & Gas industry with specific experience establishing IT Systems and Applications.
" Possesses the strategic thinking, business background and persuasiveness needed to succeed in a strategy planning role
" Able to build high-level plans for IT change programs.
" Understands standard contracting procedures and has some experience in the development and negotiation of an SLA.
" Good working experience within Finance and Supply management solutions.
" Awareness in applying standards, practices, codes, and assessment and certification programs relevant to the IT industry.
" Familiar knowledge of IT/IS infrastructure, IT applications and service processes.
" Compliance towards IT and business continuity risks, and their mitigation.
