The Workday Developer, on the Digital Technologies Human Resources (HR) Applications Team, develops and supports our Global HR Workday platform using the various Workday integration technologies. The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of Workday's integration technologies, Workday's implementation methodology, and work closely with internal and external resources.Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Workday Developer, you will:
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions. Troubleshoot Workday integration issues Conduct unit and end-to-end testing of interfaces to ensure they function as designed based on functional and technical requirements Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications Provide guidance to business, IT or service partners on integration strategies Contribute to the end users' experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction Work with project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent Qualifications/Requirements
General knowledge and design of at least 2 Workday HR functional areas Good understanding of Workday security Some non-Workday programming experience required Experience with integration design and testing concepts Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals Strong customer service focus and responsiveness Strong analytical skills, interpretive and evaluative skills Flexible with creative problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams Ability to work well with local and global teams Adheres to timelines Attention to detail Experience with SAP HCM Location:
