Our client, a major service provider to the Oil & Gas industry, have a requirement for a Sales Trainer. This is a 12 month contract opportunity working remotely.

As Sales Trainer, your main duties will include:
- Managing design and implementation projects
- Evaluating required course content and making appropriate recommendations/choices
- Utilising existing Sales Training resources, creating and deploying marketing specific resources as needed
- Managing Program communication to target audience and stakeholders
- Developing documentation relating to the Program (excluding course content)

To be considered for the Sales Trainer opportunity, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong instructional design background (ADDIE process, storyboarding, building, graphic design)
- Strong organisation/project management skills to manage Multiple simultaneous projects, timeline, capacity and demand
- Ability to work with stakeholders through the entire organisation
- Demonstrated strong communication skills in an international environment
- Effectively able to work with all Segments and stakeholder Functions such as Sales, Marketing and HR
